The transition to parenthood can be one of the most rewarding and challenging experiences in life. When I had my first child 15 years ago, I was underprepared and overwhelmed. I wondered where the village was everyone said was so necessary.
I quickly discovered using a baby carrier was the key to ending my isolation. It allowed me to be hands free and explore my neighborhood. I felt closer to baby, and I knew it wasn't just benefitting me, but it had benefits for him as well. I started teaching others, and eventually founded BabywearingLA, one of the largest babywearing community organizations in the United States.
After having my second child, the doula role called and multifaceted support and education during the prenatal and postpartum period became my passion. Over the course of the last thirteen years, I have now supported thousands of families, as well as consulted for some of the largest baby carrier + gear brands, baby events + media.

Babywearing
Choosing a baby carrier can be overwhelming. All carrier styles + brands have pros and cons, and fit is entirely personal. In person help can make all the difference in choosing and using a carrier. I have a library of carriers to try on, and offer private consultations and classes as an industry expert.

Car Seats
Over 90% of car seats are misused. Make sure your precious cargo is protected with an in person car seat consultation which includes hands on education and installation.
